A transparent management

Pontenossa S.p.A. has implemented a process for receiving, analyzing, and handling reports – including anonymous ones – aimed at preventing and countering unlawful conduct or behavior not aligned with the principles of ethics and integrity.

The process complies with the regulatory changes introduced by Legislative Decree of March 10, 2023, No. 24, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law, as well as provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulations (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).

The reporting management process is an integral part of Pontenossa S.p.A.’s Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and is implemented in accordance with procedure SG 65 “Management of reports of misconduct and protection of the whistleblower – (so-called Whistleblowing)”.

Pontenossa S.p.A. uses a dedicated IT platform to send and manage reports, which serves as the preferred channel for submitting reports.
