A document shared with all stakeholders establishing principles, rights, duties and responsibilities of Pontenossa towards shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, institutions, and the local community.

A manifesto of shared values that regulates actions, guides behaviors, and inspires the company’s continuous improvement. A Code of Ethics on which the Organization, Management, and Control Model required by Legislative Decree No. 231/01 is based, overseen by a dedicated and independent Supervisory Body.
