Pontenossa and the ISPRA - ARPA LOMBARDIA report

"The ISPRA report, submitted by the Ministry of the Environment, which highlights the lack of evidence of environmental damage or imminent threat of environmental damage to habitats and species, groundwater, and surface waters with regard to the operations of Pontenossa SpA in the province of Bergamo, is excellent news. It certifies, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the company's operations have always been consistent with applicable legislation." This is according to Fabrizio Sala (FI), a Lombardy MP and member of the Sixth Finance Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.

 "As a member of parliament, I am absolutely convinced of the correctness of the actions of the Bergamo-based company, which plays a fundamental role in the Lombardy region's economy, both industrially and in terms of employment throughout the Valle Seriana. This is even more true with regards to the development of the circular economy: a central plank of the Lombardy Region's environmental policies. I am certain that the upcoming institutional meetings, scheduled for this year, will also be positive for the opportunity to implement further monitoring and in-depth analysis," concludes the Lombardy parliamentarian.
