Emissions in atmosphere
All the gases either from the process and from the work area and plant environmental conditioning are filtered using suitable equipment (bag filters). Filters total surface is more than 7000 m2. Gas outgoing the dust treating process after being filtrated passes through a post-combustion system finalized to ensure a total organic carbon (TOC) level less than 20 mg per m3. The TOC value is continuously monitored and transmitted to neighboring municipalities and to ARPA.
