We wish to inform you that on 18 September 2012, the Board of Directors of Pontenossa S.p.A. examined and approved of the descriptive part of the document contained in the Model for its organization and management as required by law no. 231 dated 8 June 2001. During the same meeting a Vigilance Board was set up in order to check that “Model 231” is observed and put into practice.
